The University of Newcastle, Faculty of Education & Arts is pleased to be hosting eleven Fellows from South Africa and Namibia in Australia in September 2010. In partnership with TAFE NSW Hunter Institute and other Australian VET organisations, the Fellows will undertake a professional placement to exchange ideas and share knowledge and experiences with TVET with Australian colleagues.

The purpose of the AAF program is to look at various aspects of reforming TVET systems and to provide opportunities for developing leadership capabilities in driving change. The long term goal is to develop a supportive community of international TVET colleagues.
